aic7xxx probe/driver install hangs installing RH enterprise 4

Hi Todd,

use the kernel option acpi=no at bootup. This will work.
The problem is the Red hat patched kernel. You can't use it with ACPI on
an IBM IntelliStation. Change to a normal one (kernel.org) and ACPI will
work without problems...
