So wird das doch nichts. Im Header jeder Mail steht doch drin, was zu tun ist:

List-Unsubscribe:  <https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list-de>, <mailto:redhat-list-de-request at redhat.com?subject=unsubscribe>

Also entweder auf die Webseite gehen, wo die Subscription stattgefunden hat oder eine entsprechende EMail schicken, im plain text Format, ohne Schnörkel sonstiger Art:

Betreff: unsubscribe
