RE: Problem with Ping on Linux



ifconfig says..

 eth0 inet 139.95.71.60 netmask 255.255.0.0 broadcast 139.95.71.255

previously, i had a similar problem & that was to do with the netmask.. if
it was 255.255.255.0, ping would be dead slow. i'm facing the same problem
now.
