For the first one try this:

rpm -qa | sort > rpmlist

This will list 'em all, sort them, and put them in a file called rpmlist. Then you can use more or less to view the file or print it out with lpr rpmlist.

For the second try this

rpm -qR name

For example rpm -qR abisuite

All of this can be found by typing man rpm in a terminal window.
