Mail Server Software Suggestions?

Actually, I'm thinking of recommending Citadel/UX for this.

While its history is as a BBS software, it's been developed, for quite 
some time now, as a groupware solution.  It's got calendaring, a web 
interface (WebCit), is free, is Outlook compatible (by way of 
IMAP...SSL enabled or otherwise), and used SMTP-AUTH by default, so it 
can't even be used as an open relay.
