Problem File With more 2Go on my RHLE 3.0

Hi,
 
I try to send a file with more 2Go Bytes with NTFS or With Samba on my
RHLE3.0, but command stop before end of file.
My file as size of 2,5 Go.
I have tried with NTFS 
mount -t nfs xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:/images/phi /mnt/images 
or with SAMBA mount -t smbfs -o username=anonymous,password=
//xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/phi_images /mnt/images.
cp diskreso01-03-2004.zip /mnt/images
Ulmit -f is unlimited
