kernel doesn't compile network qos

That didn't seem to solve the problem :(

Anything else that could be causing that?

PD: Actually, the error bellow appears when I disable networking dummy 
device, if I enable dummy it fails compiling that (either if I put it as 
module or not), doesn't get to compile sch_cbq.c
