dhcpd makes eth1 falls out randomly???

rh8, dhcp/name/samba server.  Internal network over eth0.  eth1 connects 
to ISP

Internet falls out, and I find this message in /var/log/messages 
matching time for eth1's fall-out.



Mar 30 23:37:50 firewall dhcpd: No subnet declaration for eth1 
(62.16.177.96).
Mar 30 23:37:50 firewall dhcpd: ** Ignoring requests on eth1.  If this 
is not what
Mar 30 23:37:50 firewall dhcpd:

declaration

/sbin/ifconfig eth1 gives:

Anyone have any idea?
