Which Perl modules are installed?

I don't have red hat enterprise, but in red hat 9 if you have installed
GNOME you start up X Windows by typing "startx" in the console. Once GNOME
has loaded click on the Main Menu (the red hat) then click on "system
settings", followed by clicking on "Add/Remove Applications". Go down to
"Servers" amd click on "detials" which is on the right of Webserver. It
should be the same for all of Red Hat. I hope this helps.
