How to install ntop 3.0

Hi, here are the dependencies:

rpm -vih ntop-3.0-0.i386.rpm
error: failed dependencies:

        libpthread.so.0(GLIBC_2.3.2)   is needed by ntop-3.0-0
        libssl.so.4   is needed by ntop-3.0-0

I didn't even find GLIBC 2.3 for redhat 2.1.  But the real thing is that I don't want to mess up my server with all these changes.

BTW , Have you ever install ntop ?
