Fw: httpd dead but subsys locked

Sorry Ben, I made a mistake:

"httpd dead but subsys locked" is error message displayed by 'service httpd
status' not the 'service httpd restart'

'service httpd restart' gives no error other than

Stopping httpd:                                            [FAILED]
Starting httpd:                                              [  OK  ]
