where to get latest sendmail rpm?

In that case, you need to instal those packages in one line:

$> rpm -ivh package1.rpm package2.rpm package3.rpm ...

something with updates 

$> rpm -Uvh <a_whole_bunch_of_packages_with_dependancies.rpm>
