Automatically assigning user quotas

You can use Webmin 

https://host:10000/quota/list_users.cgi?dir=%2Fserver%2Ftrab&can=1
      Filesystem Quotas

            Too many users have quotas on /server/trab to display on one page

            Webmin can be configured to automatically set the quotas on this filesystem when a new Unix user is created. This will only work when the Users and Groups Webmin module is used to add users. 
             New User Quotas 
                        Soft Block Limit   Unlimited   
                        Hard Block Limit   Unlimited   
                 Soft File Limit   Unlimited   
                        Hard File Limit   Unlimited
