mount: system:/partition failed, security flavor not supported

I have some older AIX systems which used to mount across to the linux 
systems.  When I upgraded one of my linux systems to Fedora 2core, bht 
AIX partitions will no longer mount.

mount: system:/partition failed, security flavor not supported

Is there a way to configure the mounting on the linux system to allow 
the nfs mounting of partitions from certain AIX systems?
