auditing tools

Hello, 
 
Does anybody have any recommendation on auditing tools that will allow me to see who is doing what, even if they su to somebody else?
They want detail as much as who opened what file...
 
I can't find anything that even come close to this.  Just trying to deal with this SOX thing.  Components: RH 2.1AS HP Proliant 740
