Using RHEL ES3 U3 with manufacturer released boot disks

Try install the U3 directly and then apply the SmartStart CD for drivers

I'm trying to install RHEL ES3 Update 3 with the HP released net install
floppy so that I can get the HP network and scsi/raid drivers at install
time.

Their floppy only works with Update 1.  What's the magic to making this
happen for Update 3?
