If you already have GNOME installed,
Change this file /etc/sysconfig/desktop
DESKTOP="KDE"

Start the package utility. In case you don't find it in the menus,
execute "redhat-config-packages".
Be aware that Red Hat Linux 8.0 has reached end-of-life long ago.
