rhn/up2date out of order after update to rh-el-es4

modify /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date with these

noSSLServerURL=http://xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com/XMLRPC
serverURL=https://xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com/XMLRPC
