Windows Root Cert for linux??

Hi.. May I know is there a way to use Windows 2000
Domain Controller which is the root CA to authorize
the CSR from linux box and generate a root CERT for
linux that is recognized by all the PCs in the domain?
 Anyone know whether it can be done and any URL guide
