Sure, but you have to recreate the functionality of dyndns.org.
You'll have to, somehow, provide DNS service for your domain--if not
through dyndns.org, through someone else, or your own site (although you
should have two DNS servers on different networks.)  But you'll also have
to figure out how to query your DSL 'modem' (or firewall, if you've put
the DSL modem into bridge mode, or internal ethernet card--easiest--if
you're using a Linux box as a firewall) for your current IP address.  Then,
whenever the IP changes, you'll have to somehow force an update to the DNS
records to reflect that.

You'll have to set a short expiration time in your SOA record--and will
still see outages whenever your IP changes, as it takes time for the
DNS change to propagate throughout the Internet.
