Extremely High Load Averages?

It's an all-in-one virtual domain web hosting machine. FTP, Apache, mySQL,
sendmail, BIND, etc.
 
Kind of hard to narrow it down, I realize. But, the upside is that nothing
has been updated or changed in the last few days since the problems began to
surface.
