Problems while installing the Heartbeat 2.0.0 on a RH AS 3.0 Update 5

Please try with heart-beat.tar.gz from source code.it <http://code.it> will 
be great idea. Well yes i also faced same problem but OS was FC2 .
In FC 2 when i tired to install same it shows me same error what u r 
getting.

So install heart beat from source. And it works fine..
