Changing interface bandwidth

Hi all,

i want to change the bandwidth of mine interface card dynamically.i am using fedora core 2 OS.now it shows me 100mbps full duplx on dmesg.

i require 3-bandwidth variation
1>10 mbps full-duplex
2>100 mbps full-duplex
3>Auto negociation

Is there any command availabale in fedora to change the bandwidth of a particular interface.
or any other way to do it.
