yum to only update security updates

Absolutely positively wrong when looking at currently shipping Red Hat
products.  Red Hat ships regular updates to the RHEL distributions and
these contain bug fixes and new features.  How else would you expect new
hardware to be supported if you couldn't ship a new driver?
