Upgrade frpm AS2.1 up4 to up6, Qlogic does NOT work

We have Qlogic qla2340 on DELL poweredge server.  It
wotk fine for one year on AS 2.1 up4.  After we
upgrade to AS 2.1 up6 (e59), "fdisk -l" can not see
SAN disk any more.  I download new version software
7.03 and install on AS 2.1.  It still same.  I check
/proc/scsi/qla2300/1 and status show "ready".


Any one know why?
