mount NFS problem

Hi all, 

I have a problem using NFS as client for to connect to a remote share via NFS.
When I try: 
#mount -t nfs 192.168.0.1:/disco_export /disco_local
i have a response as:
pmap_getmaps RPC problem: RPC : time expired.

Someone have an idea about some solution? I have RHEL 3.0 WS
