2.6.9 kernelv vs. 2.6.10 and 2.6.11

Good morning ...

We have some device drivers that use the remap_page_range call in the
2.6.9 kernel.  We're trying to move forward to 2.6.10 and see it's
deprecated and completely gone from 2.6.11.

Anyone know what the replacement is for this call?
