S & K httpd scripts for Apache 1.3

I'd like Apache 1.3 to start automatically when my RH9 system reboots. 
Looking into it understand that an Snnhttpd and Knnhttpd script need to be 
put into /etc/rc2.d - since they're not already there.

The Apache list has told me to ask on the OS list, so here I am.

FWIW the way I'm handling this manually at present is after a reboot I su - 
then do

#/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl start
