[Q] Veritas netbackup permission deny error

What is it in -/sys/class directory ?
IF NBU can backup other file systems and directories ,then it` has to do something with this directory . Has it ever worked or is it first backup ?

We have Redhat AS 4.3 on DELL 6800 server.  This
server has Veritas Netbackup 6.o client installed.  I
checked log file and found following error messages:
