RHCE Job question

Hi,

     I am trying to figure out future plans for myself.  Now I know this is
not realistic but I'm just trying to figure some things out.  With an RHCE
what else am I looking at needing to have a decent job in the linux world.
Decent being at least 40,000 a year.  I assume this is the right list for
this.  If this isnt the right list could someone let me know.
