grub

I'm supporting a user who needs help with grub.  He had FC5 dual booting
with XP installed on a Dell Insipiron 6400.  While using Windows, he
removed the Linux partitions so he could "start fresh".  When he shut
down, his computer, he was brought to a grub prompt.  He and I have no
idea how to configure it so we can boot to Windows so he can re-install
FC.  Does anyone have any guidance?
