finding system files

I am tasked with this job: to "...create and maintain a system baseline (all 
device files, sgid and suid files, and system libraries and binaries), to 
include cryptographic hashes of files in the baseline."

Could someone provide some guidance on how I am to *find* all of these files on 
my RHEL ES 4 system? I suppose most all libraries will be in a /lib directory, 
but how do I find all sgid and suid files?
