RHCE and other certs?

Here you have a very good point. Getting these certifications is very 
expensive and you can't overlook someone that doesn't have a cert just 
because he doesn't. There are people who simply can't afford it. For the 
hiring i'll always go for the hands on test. If I find two that are both 
very good well then I'll take in account the certification.
