mailing list and pgp

I've noticed that if I send PGP signed message to the mailing list, it
gets silently discarded.  And it seems to be happening only on this
specific mailing list.  For example, PGP signed messages I sent to
Nahant list were OK.

Has anybody else experienced similar problem?  Are PGP signed messages
banned on this list?

I've contacted list owner some time ago, but got no response.
