RHEL3 missing library

	Been through several hours of troubleshooting with a very skilled
RedHat engineer, and he's baffled.  The packages seem to yak on PHP issues,
which in turn seem to be lib related.  I'll keep you posted on how things
resolve.  Thanks for the feedback.

The Gnu C compiler's missing? That's gcc-4.2.0.rpm, I think it's asking for.

Don't quite understand what needs the C compiler. On the other hand, are 
you sure it's not looking for an update glibc?
