It also matters what your host is being used for.  If it is used for security logging, for example, your log files might be an hour off.  I have also seen an issue with digitally signed images (for security cameras) that couldn't be verified because the time was an hour off.  On the other hand, if there is nothing "time restrictive" about your server, then it shouldn't be troublesome and should "fix itself" on April 1st.

At best, your systems run one hour off.
