RHEL5 differences in versions?

I can see where that would bother me.

It's not about stealing or breaking the terms of the Red Hat License.

It's not even about breaking the terms of the underlying open source 
licenses for most of the project.

It's about the addition of non-free proprietary compiled code to the 
installation.

Or if it's not, and they're supplying source code for that part of the 
installer as well, then what's the point?
