Obviously you don't understand.  If you provide the rpms without changing them, you automatically provides licenses.

Mark,I do understand the concept, the only thing I am confirming it again is
because this is legal stuff and do not want any complications.If we provide
the rpm's for redhat Linux 5.2 , which is opensource but we need to provide
the licenses.
