Sun don't do RPMs. If you want the Sun version you'll have to download the JRE/JDK and either build your own RPM (try jpackage, don't know how it works as I don't use it) or just use the JRE/JDK as it is. The latest version for Itanium is 6u11. Just follow the link from http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp where it says "The Itanium release will be available shortly and the current version is available here."
