How to find the kernel patch level that has a specific patch

Download the SRPM from FTP.redhat.com, extract and then check the changelog
of the spec file.

I opened each of the 2.6.28.* and 2.6.29.* changelogs at
http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/
and searched for that patch but didn't find it. What's the correct way to
identify the kernel patch level that includes this patch?
