LVM with RHCS

2) I run system-config-lvm and reduce lv-wf1 from 160G to 70G and increased
lv-wf2 from 10G to 30G.

system-config-lvm sometime not do the exact thing as expected. You
should have used command line like  vgreduce and lvreduce after that
resizefs and fsck.

Make sure that your lvm.conf file has been configured to handle the
number cluster nodes.

As per errors, it looks like there are somewhere the LVM are being
mapped and that has not been re-sized.
