[redhat-lspp] rawhide "version"

During the tele-con it was decided to move discussion of rawhide to the
list.

Having a particular version of rawhide is tricky, it changes every day,
so choosing one particular day would really require having a mirror of
rawhide that people can point yum at.

The benefits of this seem minor.  Out work is squarely aimed at the
server (IE machine that has no X server or X clients).  So any one who
doesn't want to run rawhide on their primary desktop machine (which
incidentally works well enough for me) can just get another machine to
do the testing.

Getting a rawhide mirror or something running will take more time/effort
than it will save IMHO.
