[redhat-lspp] Two new BZ entries related to NetLabel

In case anyone is testing with the latest Rawhide kernels I have filed two 
bugzilla entries related to the use of NetLabel.  Both issues are only 
visible if you have NetLabel configured to use CIPSO.

   "OpenSSH rejects connections if IP options are present"

   "NetLabel has bugs"
