I hadn't planned on putting logic in to guess the user's intention.  If
there is time maybe...

So far all the messages are about success cases.

Once I finish the dev allocator work the printers will have range
support.  When a user tries to print something outside the range a
failure audit will occur during IsAuthorized() which will get propagated
back to the user on the lpr line.
