[redhat-lspp] lspp 60 kernel released

Hi,

The lspp.60 kernel has been published to the lspp yum repo at: 
http://people.redhat.com/sgrubb/files/lspp

- step up to the 2960 kernel build

- remove SYS_MODULE capbility check when accessing /proc/sys/kernel/cap-bound

- make sure inet_sock->is_icsk assignment is binary

- correct locking in selinux_netlbl_inode_permission to be rcu read lock safe

Please let me know if there any problems with this kernel.
