I installed the 67 kernel and started an ipv6 stress test and received
the BUG below. This looks to be similar to RH bugzilla 228409 in the
upstream kernel. My 67 kernel is not hung nor goes into xmon.

So far, I only saw this happen when I had forgotten to set my pre-shared
key for ipsec and racoon could not establish any SAs... once I corrected
my config and racoon established the SAs, I did not see it...
This is my first time seeing this in our lspp kernel. I did quite a bit
of testing on 64 and 65 writing testcases and sometimes forgot to set
the pre-shared key... but did not see this.

Oh well, I will leave the ipv6 stress tests running overnight and check
back in the morning to see how things went.
