This is exactly the type of thing that the debugging I turned on between
66 and 67 is intended to catch.  I believe that the same issue would
have existed on 64 and 65 but that there wouldn't be any warning or way
to know (other than hitting an incredibly rare deadlock).  Thanks, I'll
take a look at it when I wake up tomorrow.
