Oracle server under RHEL 4

It's a third-party provider although they all seem pretty rank-and-file
Oracle types (as almost all of their employees have worked for Oracle for a
number of years).  Almost all of their sentences start with:  "Per
Oracle...".  However, I'm not sure if this list was provided to them by
Oracle, or if this is a list they have compiled themselves.  My guess is
it's something they've come up with.  Worked like a charm for us...
