Adding Lun, wont boot, / is mpath

Hi,

I have a 5u2 server that was installed "linux mpath", system works fine till new storage is added then rebooted.

Current df:
/dev/mapper/mpath0p2  3.0G  2.4G  461M  84% /
/dev/mapper/mpath0p1   99M   48M   47M  51% /boot

Error on boot looks like:
Invalid partition table on /dev/mapper/mpath0 -- wrong signature 3e3e.
mount: could not find filesystem '/dev/root'
Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!

Any ideas?
