I have actually seen this before with my Centos machine and Spacewalk.

Try this:

yum clean all
rm -f /var/lib/rpm/__db*
rpm --rebuilddb
yum update

I have just installed RHEL 5.5 (32 bit) in a standard configuration,
that I installed everything (not as easy as it used to be). The install

If I try the GUI updater, I get the error: "Cannot find a suitable

Does anyone know what gives? I have many other RH boxes, and have no
updating. Oh, I did check DNS and network settings. I can get to the RH
server using a web browser (even though it doesn't allow that sort of
